1. Is the parcel 100% privacy and discreet packaging?
Yes, all parcels are 100% well-packed and wouldn’t show any sensitive information such as product name and seller name. We promise that no one else can know what the buyer has purchased.
2. When do you ship out my order?
We ship everyday except Weekends and Public Holidays.
Cut off time:
Monday to Friday: 12p.m. (Order after 12p.m. will ship out on next day)
3. How long is the delivery process?
For West Malaysia, the delivery process usually will take around 2-5 days, however, for East Malaysia it takes around 3 -14 days. Mostly, we will ship out the parcel by using J&T courier service.
4. Where do you ship out my order?
All parcels will ship out from our warehouse which is located at Petaling Jaya.
5. What are the business hours?
Monday – Friday, 9a.m to 6p.m.

6. What if the received item is defective and/or damaged? Refund?
All the items come with a 30 days warranty (Start from the item received date). You may contact our customer service via whatsapp 012-3456789 to request return/ exchange.
Buyer may only apply for the return/ exchange of the Item in the following circumstances:
- The Item has not been received by Buyer;
- The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
- Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
- The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item.
*Items used by buyers are not allowed to be returned.
*Buyer will only be exchanged after Adam has received the returned item. After Adam has reviewed the returned item, Adam will exchange the item within 3-5 working days.
*NO refund once item sold/ payment made.
*NO return with buyer’s change of mind or buyer’s preference. E.g., buyer want to change to L size due to M size is too small. Adult product is under category of personal use product which do not resell to other buyer due to hygiene purposes. We hope you can understand.
7. How do I pack my parcel for return?
You should pack the product(s) for return securely in their original packaging, such as a cardboard box or poly mailer with bubble wrap, to protect them from any damage when they are shipped back to the seller/Shopee Warehouse. If the original packaging is damaged, you may use your own packaging for the return parcel.
For fragile items, you’re encouraged to use a “This side up”, “Fragile”, or “Handle with care” sticker as an additional reminder to the courier to handle your parcel with caution.
Ensure that product(s) are returned in the original received condition, completed with all the original inclusions. Examples of such inclusions are:
- Original brand packaging
- Free gifts
- Warranties
- Tags
- Manuals
- All the accessories provided with the product
Return without accessories or return with parts of received product will be rejected from product replacement.
