1. Is the parcel 100% privacy and discreet packaging?
Yes, all parcels are 100% well-packed and wouldn’t show any sensitive information such as product name and seller name. We promise that no one else can know what the buyer has purchased. You can read more about our payment and shipping.
2. When do you ship out my order?
We ship everyday except Weekends and Public Holidays.
Cut off time:
Monday to Friday: 12p.m. (Order after 12p.m. will ship out on next day)
3. How long is the delivery process?
For West Malaysia, the delivery process usually will take around 2-5 days, however, for East Malaysia it takes around 3 -14 days. Mostly, we will ship out the parcel by using J&T courier service.
4. Where do you ship out my order?
All parcels will ship out from our warehouse which is located at Kuala Lumpur.
5. What are the business hours?
Monday – Friday, 9a.m to 6p.m.
*Closed on Weekends and Public Holidays
6. What if the received item is defective and/or damaged? Refund?
All items come with a 30-day warranty (starting from the date the item is received).

Return or exchange is only applicable under the following circumstances:
- The item has not been received by the buyer
- The item is defective and/or damaged upon delivery
- An incorrect item was delivered (e.g. wrong size, colour, model)
- The item is materially different from the product description
Items used by buyers are strictly not allowed to be returned.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, adult products are non-returnable once opened or used, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
All returned items will be inspected before approval. Once approved, replacement will be arranged within 3–5 working days after receiving the returned item.
No refund is allowed once the item is sold or payment is made. Only replacement is provided for eligible cases.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or personal preference.
7. How do I pack my parcel for return?
You should pack the product(s) securely in their original packaging (e.g. box or poly mailer with bubble wrap) to prevent damage during return shipping.
If the original packaging is damaged, you may use your own suitable packaging.
For fragile items, you are encouraged to label the parcel with “Fragile” or “Handle with care”.
Ensure that the product is returned in its original condition with all original inclusions, such as:
- Original packaging
- Tags
- Manuals
- Warranty cards
- Accessories
- Free gifts (if any)
Returns with missing items or incomplete packaging will not be accepted.
